  • CEO + FOUNDER

    Passion. It is what I have been chasing and what I have found in the detailed world of event planning. I have been successfully planning events since 2013 in many event categories - such as weddings, social parties, trade shows, fundraisers, corporate conventions/dinners, and holiday celebrations. Whether it'd be a small get together with friends or finalizing details of a glamorous wedding, I am inspired by the opportunity to help others create an event that's an unforgettably good time.

    I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where I grew up with an amazing support system of loving friends and family. Each day I am lucky to come home to my Texan (hubs) and my two sweet fur babes.

    In between building dream events, you can find me eating pizza, taking pictures of my dogs, hosting dinner parties, and watching The Office. I love starting the day with a caramel macchiato and ending it with a strong and tart martini (POMtini to be exact). I love buying candles at Target and try to escape to a beach whenever I can. I believe in lifting others up and seeing the best in people.

  • EVENT OFFICE DIRECTOR

    I was born and raised in Colona, Illinois but made Sioux Falls my home in 2011. I attended the University of Sioux Falls and it was there that I found my sarcastic, handsome hubby. My passion for celebrating people, crunching numbers, and having a beautiful spreadsheet has been realized in my position at Jane Rae Events. It brings me great joy to know that my behind-the-scenes work makes all of the events we do possible and leads to a less stressful day for our clients. A few things I cannot live without: ice cream, board games, my nieces and nephews, my sweet puppies, my husband, and Jesus.

    Originally from Houston, Texas I moved to South Dakota in 2007 and have been loving it ever since. My friends and family know that when it comes to hosting and planning events I have a vision and it will become a reality. I love creating spaces in which people feel welcomed. When I am not working you can find me hanging out with my awesome husband Erik, our sweet baby boy Graham and our two adorable hounds. I am usually baking, traveling the world, or sipping a glass of wine with my friends and family back home.

    I am a proud Latina who loves to dance, read and enjoys a good margarita. My life wouldn't be complete without my fur baby, Coco Bean. So much joy comes from designing with flowers and having a team of strong women cheering me on every step of the way.

    Born and raised in Montevideo, MN, I moved to South Dakota to attend college at SDSU where I completed an internship that brought me to Jane Rae Events. I have a large passion for design and also making people laugh and feel welcomed.

    When I'm not working or creating dream events, you can find me shopping, enjoying cocktails on a patio with friends, going on walks with my fur baby Theo, or snuggled up on the couch with a glass of wine.

    Growing up in South Dakota gave me a great appreciation for small-town living and a strong sense of community. After graduating from North Dakota State University, I made my way back home to chase my dreams and join the event planning industry. I feel so blessed to work alongside this team at Jane Rae Events and do what I love everyday. When I am not working, you can find me crafting or hanging out with my family, friends, boyfriend or cat named Moose!

    While uncovering my passion for floral design, I became a member into the JRE family in 2021. We welcomed our son, Erick, in September of last year and being a mom is my favorite thing about life. I love spending time with my family, having my house full of people, updating our new home, and hanging out with our puppy, Little Debbie.

    I am a curious creative, always on the hunt for new ways to make ideas tangible. I have fallen in love with floral design for that reason. It is a gift to create living art, especially when it gets to be a part of such important, joyful days in our clients' lives. If I’m not indulging one of my many hobbies of writing, sewing, or attending a show at the theater, there’s a good chance you’ll find me with friends at a local coffee shop or restaurant for good food and conversation.

    Born and raised in Olivet, South Dakota, I moved to Sioux Falls following my graduation from The University of South Dakota. I have found a love for the city life and frequently enjoy thrifting and searching Facebook Marketplace for hours on end, shopping downtown at my favorite boutiques, and catching a bite to eat at the best restaurants. When I'm not enjoying city life and despite my young age, I love to hang out with my cats, read the latest books, put the most challenging puzzles together, or work on many home projects.
